We’re pleased to be starting work on upgrading our toilets and kitchen from 27 April, with completion expected after around six weeks.

St James will remain open for Sunday worship and weekday activities throughout this period. However, visitors should expect some temporary disruption while work is underway. This will include reduced access to parts of the building, use of portable toilet facilities outside, and limited access to running water at certain times.

These improvements are an important investment in the life of the church. They will make the building more accessible, more welcoming, and better equipped for worship and for the wide range of community groups who use the space each week.

We are very grateful for the strong support that has made this possible — through successful grant funding and the generosity of the congregation and regular users.
